Just a note to give you a little information about RE/MAX metro properties.  You can make more commission, have more control, and a lot more fun at RE/MAX metro properties.

Office costs.  The cost to work at RE/MAX is approximately $700 per month including Franchise Fees... How much are you paying your broker this year?  A typical agent pays their broker on a split arrangement.  You are probably giving more away to your broker than is necessary.

 At RE/MAX you are in business for yourself (not your broker), but not by yourself!!!
